Brett Field has extensive experience in marketing and digital campaigning. Brett is currently the Vice President of Marketing at TAG Strategies, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Director at the same company from February 2021 to December 2022.
Before joining TAG Strategies, Brett served as the Digital Director for Joni Ernst for US Senate, Inc from April 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they successfully directed online fundraising campaigns and created online communities to engage with grassroots activists.
Brett also worked as a Digital Director for Rick Scott For U.S. Senate in 2018 and as a Senior Account Manager at IMGE from February 2017 to April 2018.
Brett gained valuable experience in political digital strategy during their time at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) as a Regional Digital Political Director. Brett managed digital advertising spending, developed fundraising and advertising strategies, and maintained donor and supporter data for multiple congressional campaigns. Brett worked at NRCC from March 2015 to February 2017.
Prior to that, Brett served as a Website and Email Marketing Administrator at the Republican National Committee and as a Data Intern where they collected and organized voter data. Brett worked at the Republican National Committee from August 2014 to March 2015.
In addition to their political work, Brett has experience as an Economics Tutor/Grader at Kenyon College, and as a Production Assistant for various feature films, TV shows, and commercials.
Brett started their professional career as an Organizational Assistant at Portland Container from June 2009 to January 2012.
Brett Field attended Sunset High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Kenyon College from 2010 to 2014. Brett obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics during their time at Kenyon College.
