Eugenia Zuhlke has extensive experience in human resources management. EUGENIA is currently the Human Resources Director at CCS Facility Services since October 2023, and previously held the same position at TAG Restaurant Group from June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director for North America at Kärcher North America Inc. from August 2021 to June 2022, and at Steven Roberts Originals from August 2015 to August 2021. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Superior Farms from June 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Human Resources Director at KONE from 2010 to 2011 and the position of Organizational & Talent Development Sr. Manager at Danone Dairy from 2007 to 2010. EUGENIA started their career at Johnson Controls as a Human Resources Manager from 2001 to 2007, where they were responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, communication, training & development, payroll, compensation, benefits, law compliance, and union negotiations for Latin America.

Eugenia Zuhlke completed their MBA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their degree in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey spanning from 1989 to 2003.
