Robert C. is an experienced operations and continuous improvement manager currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Tag Manufacturing Inc. and as the Director of Operations Aftermarket Parts at Roadtec, an Astec Brand. Robert has held various leadership roles at Astec Industries, Inc., including Director of Operational Excellence and Operational Excellence Manager. Prior to this, Robert gained extensive manufacturing experience at Peterson Pacific Corporation, where roles included Manufacturing Manager and Production Manager. Robert's career began in weld fabrication and quality assurance at Peterson Pacific and WestCoast Steel, along with early experience in automotive painting at Monaco Coach. Additionally, Robert served in the US Navy as a Deep Sea Diver, performing diverse duties such as salvage operations and support for military and civilian projects.
