Tomas Benes began their work experience in 2001 as a Sales Engineer and Service Coordinator at TECHNICKE SLUZBY. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Fluid Connectors Sales Engineer at PARKER HANNIFIN CORPORATION. Tomas then joined Parker Hannifin in 2005 as an Indirect Channel Sales Manager, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, they joined GE as an Aviation - Customer and Product Support Leader for Turboprop, and was in this role until 2019. Their most recent role was as a Sales Manager for Europe and Africa at TAE Aerospace, starting in March 2020.

Tomas Benes attended Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave from 1997 to 2003, where they received a degree in Management in industry in 2003.
