Madonna Clements has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Madonna started their career in 1985 with CSR Readymix, where they began as a clerical position and eventually assisted in setting up and running the accelerating curing program for concrete. Madonna worked at CSR Readymix until December 1993.

In 1994, Madonna joined Australia Post as a Data Entry Operator and advanced to become a Database Manager until September 1997.

Madonna then joined Mitchell Drilling Contractors in February 1998 as a Clerical Assistant, where they worked until January 2002.

Madonna worked as an Office Manager at TP Turner Pty Ltd from February 2002 to May 2005.

Finally, they joined TAE in June 2005 and held the position of Executive Assistant until May 2011. From June 2011 onwards, they worked as an HR Consultant at TAE.

Madonna Clements completed their education in a chronological order. Madonna first attended Brisbane North Institute of TAFE from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Following this, they joined the Australian Human Resources Institute in 2012 and completed a Professional Diploma in Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Development by 2013. Lastly, Madonna pursued a Master's Degree at Southern Cross University, specializing in Human Resources & Organizational Development from 2014 to 2017.
