Paul H. has a diverse work experience. Paul started their career in 2013 as a Student Research Assistant at Technische Universität Braunschweig. In 2014, they became a Software Engineer at CGS, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Paul worked at XING, first as a Data Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. At XING, they were responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure systems, including recommender systems and search tools.

In 2021, Paul moved to MOIA, where they initially served as a Software Engineering Manager, leading a team of backend engineers. In 2022, they became a Technical Lead, overseeing a new team that focused on the customer journey and the development of apps, backends, and in-vehicle screens for MOIA's Autonomous Vehicles. Paul also took on responsibilities such as hiring and shaping engineering culture.

In 2022, Paul joined Shopify as a Staff Software Engineer, working on the asset delivery infrastructure and focusing on global caching and asset transformation services. Paul also handled stakeholder communication and roadmap planning.

Currently, Paul is working at tado° as an Engineering Manager, starting in 2023.

Paul H. started their education at the Technische Universität Braunschweig in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Paul completed this program in 2014. Following this, Paul H. continued their education at the same university and earned another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Computer Science. Paul completed this program in 2016.
