Maximilian Lacher worked at tado¡ã as an Engineering Manager starting in February 2022. Prior to that role, they served as a Product Design Engineer from December 2018. Before joining tado¡ã, Maximilian was employed at Vectura Group plc. as a Lead Engineer/Device Development from October 2013 to December 2018.

Maximilian Lacher completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Bioengineering from Hochschule M¨¹nchen University of Applied Sciences. Maximilian attended the university from 2010 to 2013.
