Ericka Ricciutti has extensive work experience, beginning in 2013. Ericka started as a Shop Monitor at Rhode Island School of Design, where they worked as a mentor and reference to the students and an assistant to the shop technician. Ericka then worked as a Resident Advisor and a Library Reference Assistant. Ricciutti also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Foundations Studies at RISD. In 2015, they interned at NASA Johnson Space Center, where they designed an interior layout proposal for a horizontal version of the Skylab II habitat. Also in 2015, Ricciutti worked as a Design Intern at Studio Dunn, where they worked on a design team to develop iterations of the Olympus Light and the Architect's stool. In 2017, they began working as a Project Manager at TAD Associates.

Ericka Ricciutti attended Rhode Island School of Design from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design. Prior to that, they attended Exeter-West Greenwich Regional High School from 2009 to 2012.
