David Schleppenbach is an experienced executive in the field of assistive technology and medical device development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Tactile Engineering since February 2014, David leads a company focused on high-tech Braille products for visually impaired individuals. Additionally, David holds a position as a Board Member at Creations86, Inc., overseeing the development of cutting-edge medical devices. Previously, David served as President of Tactile Solutions, Inc., and was a consultant for Coactive. David founded GH, LLC, which produced products for print-disabled individuals, and also directed the VISIONS Lab at Purdue University, where David taught classes and led initiatives for visually impaired students. David's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Quincy University and Purdue University.
