Sunny Hodges has a long and varied work experience. In 2019, they began working for TacMed Solutions\u2122 as a Customer Service Manager and Knowledge Management Associate. From 2008 to 2019, they worked for Nordstrom in various roles, including Store Administrator, Customer Service, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, and Sales Associate. During their time at Nordstrom, they developed and executed store operations and processes, created plans to maximize profitability, built successful working relationships, and was the recipient of the company's All Star award. From 2006 to 2001, they worked for BYCOR General Contractors, Inc as a Project Engineer and for Augustine Design Group as a Project Designer. In each of these roles, they participated in the clients' needs analysis and project definitions, reported project progress to clients, led all phases of the projects, identified problems or potential problems, and prioritized tasks.
