Kelly Hover serves as the Chief Experience and Marketing Officer at Tactacam since November 2022, previously holding positions as the Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at MedCerts from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the CEO. Additionally, Kelly held the role of Senior Director of Strategy and Customer Experience at the University of Phoenix from January 2017 to January 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Finance from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
