Joseph Cantatore has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Joseph started their career as an intern at WeiserMazars LLP in 2006, where they worked on internal accounting projects. In 2008, they joined Ernst & Young as part of the Financial Services Tax team, where they worked until 2013. During their time at Ernst & Young, they gained valuable experience in tax-related matters. In 2013, they joined Taconic Capital Advisors as a Tax Manager, and eventually became the Tax Director in 2018. Currently, Joseph holds two positions at Taconic Capital Advisors - Global Head of Tax and Global Head of Real Estate Accounting.

Joseph Cantatore completed their education at St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Taxation from 2008 to 2009. In September 2009, Joseph obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the state of New York (NYS).
