Daniel Monson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Daniel started their career as a General Manager at Legacy Hospitality LLC - Travelodge Hinckley in 2007. Daniel then transitioned to the restaurant industry, working as a Restaurant Manager at Maracas Mexican Bar & Grill from 2008 to 2010, and later as a Bartender at Don Pablos Mexican Grill in 2010.

In 2011, Daniel became a Restaurant Manager at Plaza Azteca Restaurantes Mexicanos, where they gained valuable leadership skills. Daniel then joined Cascabel Taqueria in 2012 as a Restaurant/Kitchen Manager, responsible for managing a staff of 80 members, overseeing purchasing, payroll, and inventory, as well as creating new menu items.

Continuing their career progression, Daniel worked as a Restaurant Manager at Diablo Royale from 2014 to 2015 before joining Polo Car & Limousine Service as the VP of Operations. Daniel held this role for six years, from 2015 to 2021.

Currently, Daniel Monson is employed at Tacombi, initially serving as an Assistant General Manager from August 2021 to November 2022. Daniel has recently been promoted to the position of Managing Partner, showcasing their leadership abilities and dedication to the company.
