Harley Johnson has extensive experience in the power utility sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager in T&D System Operations at Tacoma Power since February 2007, following roles as Operations Supervisor and Operations Training Coordinator. Previous experience includes a position as Prime Power Production Specialist with the US Army Corps of Engineers from February 2003 to February 2007, and serving as a Combat Engineer with the US Army from December 1999 to February 2003. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies (2017-2019), a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College (2010-2011), an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Transmission Systems Technology from Bismarck State College (2008-2009), and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Pierce College (2004-2006).
