Raphael Okelola has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Raphael started their career as a Desktop Support Specialist at Rhode Island College in 1998. Raphael then worked as a Location Technical Specialist at Boise Cascade from 2001 to 2004, where they supported network operations and implemented network installations. Okelola then joined Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP as an Application Specialist, where they managed application development projects and developed web and desktop applications using various technologies. In 1998, they co-founded ROPLAB IT SOLUTIONS LLC and served as the President/Solution Architect. Raphael provided consulting services to corporate clients, managed vendor contracts, and recommended technology solutions. Raphael also co-managed the company's website development projects and oversaw the IT budget. Okelola currently holds a position at Taco Comfort Solutions as a Senior Full Stack .Net Web Applications Developer, where they design and develops web-based applications, upgrades and redesigns old applications, and assists in setting up new HR and BuyGroup applications.

- Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, Raphael attended Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti and obtained a National Diploma (Associate Degree) in Agricultural Engineering.
