Alison Suits is an experienced operations and management professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Turbo Coffee since April 2022, Alison has also held various managerial roles at Taco Mama since May 2019, including General Manager and Catering Manager. Previously, a long tenure at Olive Garden from 2002 to 2019 featured positions as General Manager and Manager, alongside responsibilities as a Certified Trainer. Earlier experience includes a role as a Call Center Representative at Hewitt Associates and Scheduling Coordinator at Home Raters/First Inspection Network. Alison holds education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attended between 2000 and 2003.
