Michael S. has a diverse background in technical and customer service roles. Currently employed at Tachus, LLC since October 2019, Michael has progressed through multiple positions including Application Support Analyst, Network Planner, OSP Engineer/CAD Drafter, and Material Handler. Prior to Tachus, Michael worked at The Home Depot from March 2018 to October 2019 as a Measurement Technician, where responsibilities included providing high-quality customer service in a traveling field role. Additionally, Michael gained early experience as an Intern at SoftLayer, an IBM Company, in June 2011.
