Gustavo Moreira has a diverse work experience in the field of biochemistry. Gustavo is currently serving as the Head of Antibody and Protein Biochemistry at Tacalyx GmbH since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at the Technical University of Braunschweig, where they held the position of Postdoctoral Scientist from October 2018 to February 2021. Before their postdoctoral role, Moreira was a PHD Student at the same university from May 2015 to April 2019.

Gustavo Moreira's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Universidade Federal de Pelotas, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the same university, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Moreira then furthered their education by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnology at Technische Universität Braunschweig, which they successfully completed from 2015 to 2019.
