Jeremy Ensey serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and the Central Kansas Entrepreneurship Center Director at Tabor College since August 2023. Ensey co-owns the Historic Elgin Hotel since July 2016 and has held key leadership roles in healthcare, including Interim CEO at Caldwell Regional Medical Center for a brief period in mid-2024 and CEO at St. Luke Hospital & Living Center from June 2014 to August 2023. Prior experience includes co-owning Parlour 1886 from September 2019 to February 2023, serving as Chief Nursing Officer at St. Luke Hospital & Living Center from 2012 to 2014, and various positions at Galichia Heart Hospital from 2002 to 2012, where leadership responsibilities encompassed directing the Emergency Department and Interventional Unit. Education includes an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Friends University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University.
