Benjamin Vargas currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Telecable and is the Founder of Sonar Advisors. With a long-standing involvement in leadership positions, Benjamin is also a board member at Taboga and a professor at LEAD University, focusing on leadership, change management, and disruptive innovation. Previous roles include President of the Board at Fundación CRUSA, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Director at Cuestamoras, and various advisory positions within the Costa Rican government. Benjamin holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from INCAE Business School, participated in an MBA exchange program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and has undergone executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
