Teja Varma Rudraraju is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the biotech and pharmaceuticals sectors. As the Vice President of Probiotics & Allied Business at Tablets (India) Ltd since April 2024, Teja focuses on contract development and manufacturing, ethical marketing, and key account management. Prior to this role, Teja served as Head of Sales & Marketing at Elmed Probiotics, where responsibilities included international business development, strategic planning, and brand positioning. Teja has also held positions at Unique Biotech and Oncquest Laboratories, gaining expertise in domestic and international business development, product management, and client relations. Teja holds an Executive MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
