Sophie Duursma is currently engaged in a graduation thesis at De Waerdenborch, focusing on the well-being of pre-university students in their study choice process. Alongside this research, Sophie works as a counselor, providing LOB (learning and career guidance) support within secondary education. In addition, Sophie is part of the information team at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, assisting with school presentations and events. Previous roles include student assistant positions, recruitment assistance, and various customer service roles. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Saxion University and completed secondary education at Twents Carmel College with a focus on Nature and Health.
