Kiirsti Heon is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managerial roles within the catering and event planning sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at the City Club of Greenville and as General Manager/Consultant at Curean, Kiirsti has previously held significant positions including General Manager at Table 301, where oversight was provided for a $3.5 million off-site catering operation. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Food, Beverage, and Events Director at The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Manager of Catering and Sales at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, and Director of Catering at Marines' Memorial Club & Hotel. Kiirsti's career began with roles as a Wedding Account Executive and Event Coordinator, bolstered by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Sacramento and an Associate degree from Solano Community College.
