Othman Al Qahtani is an experienced professional in the field of digital solutions and information technology. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Solutions Officer at الشركة السعودية لتبادل المعلومات إلكترونياً (تبادل) since January 2022, Othman has previously held the position of E-Services Solutions Director. Prior to their current role, Othman worked as a Senior Manager at شركة علم from July 2019 to January 2022 and as an Applications Development Manager at الشركة السعودية لتبادل المعلومات إلكترونياً (تبادل) from January 2018 to July 2019. Othman's extensive career at شركة علم began in October 2006, where roles included Manager, Senior Team Lead, Team Lead, Senior Application Developer, and Application Developer. Othman holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from الكلية التقنية بالاحساء and الكلية التقنية بالرياض.
