Drew Hussar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR operational areas including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Immigration, and Analytics/Reporting. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Resources at TA Realty since September 2024, Drew previously held the same title at PanAgora Asset Management from May 2018 to September 2024. Drew's career also includes significant roles at Harvard Management Company, where responsibilities ranged from Senior HR Generalist to Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes positions at Harvard University and DHR International, where Drew contributed as an Employment Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, and Sr. Associate/Director of Research. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, earned between 1993 and 1997.
