Marion Paroli is currently serving as the Business Unit Lead for ESG & Sustainability at TA Europe since October 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Head of ESG at Coros from October 2021 to October 2024, and Head of ESG Real Estate at Wealthcap from February 2016 to October 2021, where Marion also held the title of Real Estate Acquisition Manager, Vice President. Previous positions include Head of Strategic Space Management Corporate Real Estate and Vice President Strategic Space Management Real Estate at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from August 2012 to January 2016, as well as a Secondee at the International Monetary Fund in mid-2013. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and DEGW, and architectural positions at Anderer Architekten and Teamwerk Architekten. Marion Paroli holds a Real Estate Manager degree from IREBS Immobilienakademie GmbH and has studied at the Technical University of Munich and the Czech Technical University in Prague.
