Nabil Guernouti has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Director of Operations at TA Connections since October 2017, where previous roles included Operations Manager and Hotel & Travel Consultant Manager. Prior to this, Nabil worked at Ocado as a Customer Service Supervisor and held a position as Customer Care Executive at CRIT France from May 2012 to December 2016. Additional experience includes founding and directing Zim zim cosmetics from November 2008 to January 2012, and serving as Senior Customer Service Representative at both Qatar Airways and Pakistan International Airlines. Nabil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from The University of Bolton and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Kent College.
