Reese Gibson currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Human Capital - Strategic Resources Group at TA Associates, a global private equity firm, since July 2024. Prior to this role, Reese worked at Calibre One from June 2020 to July 2024, initially as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate, focusing on Human Capital Advisory and Executive Search within the Financial Services and Technology sectors. Reese's experience also includes a position as a Research Associate in Financial Services at Korn Ferry from January 2019 to April 2020. Earlier roles include internships at Fidelity Investments in Asset Management and John Hancock Financial Services in Fund Administration and Tax. Reese holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Management from Bucknell University and has also studied at UNSW.
