Taylor Starch has a wide range of work experience in the fitness industry. They started their career in 2009 as a Fitness Instructor/Trainer at the Colorado State University Campus Recreation Center. From there, they went on to work as a Fitness Instructor at the Raintree Athletic Club in 2012. They then became a Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Taylor became the CEO/Head Strength Coach at Jungle Law: Strength & Movement, where they worked until 2017. Currently, Taylor is working as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at T3i, Inc.

Taylor Starch attended Colorado State University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science. During their time at the university, they focused on the fields of Health and Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
