Joshua Flamand is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military service and education. Currently serving as a Lead Instructor at T3i, Inc. since August 2023, Joshua has a solid foundation from 14 years with the Naval Special Warfare - U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, where roles included Senior Team Manager and Leading Chief Petty Officer. Responsibilities included selecting and training SWCC operators and managing training curricula. Joshua's previous positions involved developing emergency medical plans and leading teams in various capacities, including joint operations as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Emergency from Western Carolina University set to be completed in December 2023, Joshua also has prior experience as a Gunners Mate and Search and Rescue Swimmer in the U.S. Navy.
