Joshua L. serves as the Director of Equity Trading at T3 Global since December 2022 and has held a similar role at T3 Trading Group since March 2019, focusing on enhancing trader performance through technical analysis and various trading strategies. Prior to this, Joshua was COO and Head of Risk Management at SPRINGHILL CAPITAL FUND LP, where responsibilities included launching a hedge fund with over $200M in assets under management. Joshua's background includes extensive experience in trading and risk management across various firms, including Zech Capital LLC and CT Trade LLC, along with significant management experience as an estate manager and project manager. A graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, Joshua combines a solid academic foundation with practical expertise in trading, training, and business development.
