Jack Finnegan has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Jack began their career at Omni Exhibits in 1979, working in operations until 1984. Jack then moved on to Concept Convention Services as an Operations Manager from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they became self-employed, serving as Assistant from 1988 until 2022. During this time, they held various roles such as Manager, Freight Manager, Director of Freight, and Director of Operations as a Freelancer and Contractor. In 2021, they joined Capital Convention Contractors as an Operations Team Member and later joined T3 Expo in 2022 as an Operations Associate. Additionally, in 2022 they worked as an Analyst before moving on.

Jack Finnegan attended Holy Family High School from 1972 to 1975. After completing high school, they enrolled at Wheeling College from 1975 to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in History.
