Julie Ferguson, RCALA CDP, has extensive experience in operations and community integration within the senior services sector, currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at Harmony Senior Services since March 2018, where Julie has held various leadership roles including Executive Director and Community Auditor. Prior to this, Julie worked at the Virginia Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing Programs, where Julie advanced from Adult Licensing Inspector to Licensing Administrator between October 2011 and March 2018. Additional experience includes serving as an Eligibility Advocate at Advanced Patient Advocacy and as a Senior Social Worker focusing on Adult Protective Services at the Franklin County Department of Social Services. Julie began their career as an Assistant Coach for softball and volleyball at Belmont Abbey College after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gardner-Webb University in 2002.
