Victor Denard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1996 at PHH as a Software Test Engineer, they later held positions such as Quality Assurance Manager at Thomson Prometric, Consultant at AETEA Information Technology, and Senior Software Test Engineer/Consultant at Old Mutual Financial Network. In 2005, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Software QA Manager and later became a Program Manager/Task Lead. Moving on to SRC in 2018, they served as the Director of Business Development for Army and Defense systems. Currently, at T2S Solutions since 2022, they excel as the Business Development Director, focusing on revenue generation through program activities for the Department of Defense and government agencies. Additionally, they shared their passion for soccer as an Assistant Soccer Coach at Harford Community College.

Victor Denard completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at Towson University from 1990 to 1994. Victor then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1998 to 2001.
