John Campbell is the Texas Branch Manager at T2 Utility Engineers, a position held since June 2019, following a demerger from Cardno. Previously, John served as Branch Manager at Cardno for a brief period and as a Consultant at JPC Professional Solutions, focusing on Right of Way management and Utility Engineering. John has an extensive background with the Texas Department of Transportation, where roles included Special Assistant to the Chief Engineer and Director of the Right of Way Division, overseeing real estate assembly for public transportation and ensuring compliance with utility accommodation programs. Earlier experiences include positions at Kyle and Associates and Weir Bros Inc., providing a foundation in engineering design and construction supervision. John holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, and participated in the Governor's Executive Development Program at The LBJ School of Public Affairs. Additionally, John attended the United States Air Force Academy, studying Mechanical Engineering.
