Ross Kelly is a Senior Bridge Engineer at T.Y. Lin International since September 2021, previously serving as a Bridge Designer at COWI from September 2015 to September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Engineer at Flint & Neill Ltd. from July 2013 to July 2015 and as a Graduate Engineer at Hewson Consulting from July 2011 to June 2013. Ross Kelly is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, having completed a Master of Science in General Structural Engineering at Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at University College Dublin.
