Matthew Cummings has a strong background in executive leadership and management. Matthew started their career at PCS Consulting Engineers as a Senior Manager from 1987 to 1993. Matthew then joined AECOM, where they held various roles including Vice President, Regional Business Line Leader, Senior Vice President, National & Global Sector Leader, and Executive Vice President Americas Transportation. In these positions, they were responsible for strategy, growth, and the financial performance of AECOM's Transportation business in the Americas, which comprised nearly 7000 professionals across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Since 2019, Matthew has been serving as the President and CEO of T.Y. Lin International, where they oversee the company's operations and leads a team of 4000 professionals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Matthew Cummings attended The Wharton School from 1995 to 1997, where they completed the Wharton Management Program with a focus in Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Lehigh University in the years 1982 to 1986. Matthew also holds a certification as a Professional Engineer from the state of Pennsylvania.
