Allison Marshall, PHR, serves as the President, Vice President, and Director of Human Resources at T&T Staff Management, Inc. since August 2007, providing HR consultation for over 350 client companies and 6,000 employees, managing workplace investigations, compliance, and employee relations. Allison has developed comprehensive training materials, incentive programs, and corporate policies while overseeing recruitment and unemployment functions. Previously, as an HR Consultant for the Dr. Pepper Museum, Allison presented recommendations for enhancing efficiency through technology, and as the Director of Online Marketing at 360 Solutions, Allison led recruiting efforts and managed online marketing strategies. Allison holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from Baylor University, with additional study abroad experiences in microfinance and political science.
