Mikhail Shcherbakov's work experience includes being a Software Engineer at Applied Technologies, Ltd. from July 2007 to October 2018. Mikhail then joined T-Systems International GmbH as a Senior Expert Developer in October 2018 and later became a Lead Expert Software Engineer in March 2021. Currently, they are employed at T-Systems Iberia as a Lead Software Engineer starting in April 2023.

Mikhail Shcherbakov earned their Master's degree in Physics from Chelyabinsk State University between 2002 and 2008.
