Nikolett Ilyés has a work history that spans from 2011 to the present. Nikolett began their career as an HR Trainee at KFKI Ltd. in May 2011 and continued in that role until December 2012.

In 2013, Nikolett joined T-Systems Hungary Ltd. as a Sales Trainee, working there from January to August 2013. Nikolett then transitioned into the role of Sales Associate from September 2013 to May 2014. Nikolett was subsequently promoted to Junior Account Manager, which they held from June 2014 to December 2015. From January 2016 to December 2017, their role at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. was Account Manager. Currently, Nikolett serves as a Key Account Manager starting in January 2018.
