Gergely Kozma has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Gergely started their career at OTP Bank as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking from August 2004 to July 2007. Gergely then moved to Erste Bank Hungary, where they worked as a Sales Support Manager from August 2007 to December 2010. Gergely later joined MFB Hungarian Development Bank, initially as a Risk Analyst from January 2011 to June 2013, and then as the Head of Department from January 2013 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst at T-Systems Hungary Ltd., starting from April 2017.

Gergely Kozma began their education at Budapest Business University in 1999 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting in 2004. After a gap in their education, they enrolled at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2017 and pursued a field of study in Data Science. The duration of their studies at Corvinus University lasted until 2019.
