Nilton Cesar Lemos is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and operations. Currently serving as Operation Manager at T-Systems do Brasil since May 2018, Nilton oversees the infrastructure service chain for a major global beverage client, optimizing service delivery and managing operational risks. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Fnac Brasil Ltda, where responsibilities spanned IT management, team coordination, and implementation of new systems, as well as technical support at Itautec focused on network and automation systems. Nilton holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with degrees in Information Security and Systems Analysis.
