Jos¨¦ Cardoso J¨²nior has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jos¨¦ Cardoso started their career as an Analyst of Systems at Cooxup¨¦, where they played a key role in implementing the Oracle Application. Jos¨¦ Cardoso then moved on to IT7 Sistemas Ltda, working as a Consultant of IT, where they were responsible for implementing projects using best practices such as PMI, ITIL, COBIT, and ISO20000. Jos¨¦ Cardoso also worked as a SAP Business One Consultant, overseeing the implementation of the software and providing support to clients.

In 2009, Jos¨¦ joined T-Systems do Brasil as a Senior Consultant in IT Service Management, specializing in ITIL. Jos¨¦ Cardoso was responsible for developing and connecting IT management with IT governance for strategic support contracts in the automotive sector. Jos¨¦ Cardoso also trained support teams on IT Service Management best practices.

Jos¨¦ then progressed to the role of Senior Project Manager at T-Systems do Brasil, leading large-scale projects on a national and international level. Jos¨¦ Cardoso directed efforts in business transformation and IT implementation for various sectors within the automotive industry. Jos¨¦ Cardoso managed talented teams and delivered projects using both waterfall and agile methods.

In 2019, Jos¨¦ became the Head of IT Delivery at T-Systems do Brasil. In this role, they managed the Digital team, consisting of 4 managers and over 160 direct employees across various clients and business sectors. Jos¨¦ Cardoso focused on driving digital transformation in large companies through techniques like Continuous Discovery (using Design Thinking) and Continuous Delivery (using agile methodologies like SCRUM). Jos¨¦ Cardoso also improved project and product delivery quality by establishing a Software Architecture department and implementing DevSecOps frameworks.
