James Garza has extensive experience in project and product management within the defense healthcare sector, currently serving as a Product Manager/Project Manager at the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems from November 2022 to July 2024. Prior to this role, Garza held the position of Defense Health Agency GSC Transition Coordinator at Peraton from October 2018 to November 2022. Garza also has a solid background in IT support, having worked as IT Helpdesk Manager at Inserso Corporation and in various assistant lead roles in technical support at B.E.A.T. LLC. and Goldbelt Raven. Earlier career experience includes serving as System Administrator for BAMC at ManTech and as a Senior Quality Technician at ATEK Medical. Garza holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Infrastructure Security and Assurance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, along with two associate degrees from Northwest Vista College in Arts and Applied Science.
