Troy Hacking is an experienced cybersecurity and technology project management professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at T-Mobile since December 2022. In this role, Troy manages a technical program across 25 business units, overseeing complex Agile SDLC projects to improve processes and maintain infrastructure. Troy previously held various positions at T-Mobile, including Program Manager for Cybersecurity Operations, contributing to the maturity of cybersecurity responses and establishing security monitoring programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technology Project Manager at JP Morgan Chase, where Troy led global network infrastructure projects.
