Belkacem Mouffok, MS EE, PMP, serves as a Senior Project Manager in Field Operations and Development at T-Mobile since August 2021. Concurrently, Belkacem is the Director of Business Development at the International Network of Algerian Scientists since September 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mobily from March 2014 to August 2020 as Senior Director of FTTX Services Operation, where key performance indicators were significantly improved, managing a $20 million budget and leading FTTH service delivery operations. Also, Belkacem held several management roles at PTC Bravo and Sprint Nextel, including Senior O&M/Implementation Manager and Senior RF Engineer, respectively. Belkacem holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a degree from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène'.
