Rhandi Weston, MBA, is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at T. Marzetti Company since October 2017. Previously, Rhandi held various management roles at Ocean Spray Cranberries from November 2006 to October 2017, achieving a significant milestone of 3,000,000 hours without a Lost Time Accident as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager. Earlier in the career at HJ Heinz from 1996 to 2006, Rhandi advanced through several supervisory positions, demonstrating a strong background in production and supply chain management. Rhandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University and an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
