Lukas Griffin is a skilled software engineer currently employed at T.M. Bier & Associates, Inc. since October 2022, with prior experience as a software engineering intern at Wayfair, where significant contributions included implementing an AI model to generate product text and developing a GUI tool that automated text analysis, greatly improving efficiency. As a Fellow with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Alumni Association, Lukas gained valuable international experience, and earlier roles included web development and solutions engineering internships, during which substantial savings were generated for advertisers through effective troubleshooting. An early position as a computer lab assistant at Oberlin College allowed Lukas to support underclassmen in completing programming projects, reinforcing foundational teaching and teamwork skills. Lukas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oberlin College and furthered education at Technische Universität Braunschweig.
