Alia Gormley is an experienced buying manager with a diverse background in retail and a strong focus on fashion and accessories. Currently serving as a Buying Manager at TK MAXX since June 2014, Alia has held various roles, including managing men's trousers and formal wear, men's accessories and lifestyle, and ladies' fashion accessories. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Buying for Home, Kids & Beauty Accessories at Avon and Category Manager for Sports & Pet at Tesco PLC. Alia's earlier career at Tesco involved roles such as Head of Buying for multiple categories, while at Babies R Us, Alia advanced from Merchandise (Buying) Controller to Senior Buyer and Buyer for nursery equipment and furniture. Alia Gormley holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
