McNeil Mercer has a diverse work experience in the consulting and energy industries. McNeil is currently the President/CEO of TG Mercer Consulting Services INC. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at Quanta Services, Inc. and as the Senior Vice President at Price Gregory International, Inc. McNeil also held various senior leadership roles at T.G. Mercer Consulting Services INC., including Senior Vice President, VP of Operations/Development, Project Manager & Acquisitions, and Various Operations Based Roles. McNeil Mercer has extensive experience in operations, development, acquisitions, and project management.

From 2003 to 2006, McNeil Mercer attended the University of Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
